Let's make sure folks understand these are not Mac friendly.
This, according to MB when I inquired about them.
I would love to have someone tell me otherwise. I've resorted to and was lucky to find a 617.95X engine manual in the used book market.

1) We're trying like mad to get the CD for the W124. No promise yet on availability but, we'll keep you posted.

2) Good point on the MAC compatibility. I don't have a MAC so I didn't know about that.

I`m still eagerly awaiting the 126 CD manual.
Does anybody know if these CDs contain the owners and stereo manuals? Also do they have a comprehensive troubleshooting guide much like the one in Haynes manuals?

They have all of the factory manuals including the owners and wiring diagrams. They do not usually include the flow charts of diagnostic work though. You should be able to follow the wiring diagrams to find faults.
