I would like to know how to remove the clear plastic window over the gauge cluster, there are some stains on the backside that I would like to clean up. It looks like a press fit but I don't see any way to get hold of it to remove it.
I posted this to the detailing forum, but Lee suggested that I try here. I guess he feels that Benzmac and the rest are better at taking things apart, while his job is making things look good:-) Thanks ------------------ Darko Vusir 1994 C220 |

You have to pull out the cluster and remove the gauges from the rear and access the back of the lens through the holes left by the gauges.

Ouch! sounds like a lot of work to wipe off a bit of crud. I think I'll learn to live with it!
Thank you anyway ------------------ Darko Vusir 1994 C220 |
