I have a '99 G-Class. Is it possible to remove the glass covering the instrument cluster? If so, how big a job would it be?
Thanks for any help................ ------------------ |

If it is the same as the other Mercedes, you will need some dash hooks to pull the cluster out. Once removed you will need to take the gauges out of the shell. The shell is what houses the plastic lens. The front lens will not come off of the housing they are glued together.
