Shudder from Tranny/Diff. 1999, C280-FIX?

I just started to get this shudder coming from the rear diff. or tranny.

Can someone tell me which it is? It only happens when I am coming off a stop and just for the first few feet. At minor throttle positions it is fine, but a more aggressive start will get the shudder started.

Help Please.
