Hi,

I did a search and tried all of the thing I could find and still have not solved the problem.

This is for a 1983 240D. The glow plug light will not come on. I have checked the bulg and it is good. The interrior light dims slightly when the key is turned to start the glow plugs.

I also checked all of the connections in the glow plug relay and the 80 amp fuse is good. I checked the connectivity and the resistance of all the glow plugs from the glow plug relay. It seems to start fine for me, but my daughter is experiencing problems and she says that she turns the key and counts to 10 and it will not start for 2 or 3 attemps at this.

Any further suggestions?
