95E320_Recirc Pump Operation

Could soomeone provide a consice summary of when the pump should go on.

Looking at the MB CD, it seems that it is on for at least (2) conditions:

1. Driver commands defrost setting and temp wheel at max click.
2. Engine temp greater than 105C for TBD time after engine shutdown. pump turns on to minimze hot spots in engine during cooldown.

Is there any other time it is on?

I think that my request is specific to the 124 chasis family.

Help!
