ACC control unit recall

1985 300TDT - There was a "campaign" for replacement of trap oxidizer (ALLDATA report) - Dealer replaced this as well as turbo. Great! - Now I see a campaign for the ACC control unit? Anybody know what this means? Will they replace this?
