ml 555 drivers side mirror

my car was vandalized. i purschased a replacement drivers side mirror in effect.
can any one guide me thru the removal and installation of this mirror. i see the plastic inside the car, i is this where the screw that holds the mirror is hiding. are the wires also in this location..
