Nothing's broken, the express up/down feature just lost its memory. Roll the window all the way up "manually" - push the button just until the window moves, but don't push through the resistance until it clicks. When the window is all the way up, push all the way down on the button and hold it about five seconds. You may have to reteach it in the down direction as well. The sunroof also can behave in the same way. Had to reset all my windows and sunroof when the battery was disconnected.
