W140 Handbook

Hi,
I'm after the car handbook for my W140. My local dealer says that Mercedes do not print them any more.
I have a 1998 S280 UK spec. Any idea where I could get one from pls?

Also Can I fit 18"X9" wheels on my car or will it effect the suspension?, If not can I fit 18"x8 without doing anything else?
