HI,

IS THERE ANYONE IN CALIFORNIA THAT IS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THEIR FUEL GAUGE AND/OR FUEL SENDING UNIT?

I OWN A 2002 WAGON AND AN E SEDAN. BOTH VEHICLES HAVE HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THE GAUGE AND SENDING UNIT. I GOT SO MAD, I FILED A LAW SUIT AGAINST MB USA. SINCE THEN, I HAVE BEEN INFORMED MBUSA HAS KNOWN ABOUT THIS PROBLEM FOR YEARS.

ANYONE CARE TO JOIN IN?

I have heard that the fuel in Ca has been causing some corrosion problems. I imagine that it would be covered by warrantee, whats the problem.
