What is the plug type/gap for a 1988 560SL?

Hi Greg,

FastLane lists a Bosch W9DC for your car. I think they come with .034 inches and people enlarge it to .040 for better idle. Do a search on spark plug gap

W9DC or W9DC0 will work for your car. If you want to go the NGK route, BP6ES will also work. Just don't use Bosch Crapinums in there.
