Removing manual sunroof to replace seal on W123

I bought a nice new rear seal but now have to figure out how to remove the sunroof. The CD manual I have (77-200) refers to 'unclip sunroof headliner at front and pull it out upward' - I can't quite work this out and as I don't want to break anything - anyone got any advice?
