Oil Leak From Cylinder Head

I had the oil changed and about three weeks later I noticed the
oil light flash on the dash. My mechanic thinks the oil is leaking
from the cylinder head, please advise.

it would take one hell of a leak from the head gasket or a ron of miles to lose that much oil from there
