Rather stupid question to ask , i know that the secondary fuel filter is located under a plastic cover , near the rear right potion (beside the fuel pumps). I am told the primary fuel filter is under the hood , need help loacting it and if some could confirm that there is a primary fuel filter in the RL 129s ,

Nope, just the big one by the fuel pumps. Other than a pick-up strainer inside the tank (not a service item) there is no other fuel filter.
