I could use some assistance please. The last MB I owned was a 1993 300E. I’m looking at a 2000 E430 4 Matic at a MB dealer. The car has 35K miles and appears to be in great condition. Silver with Black interior. It is also loaded, E1, E2 packages, Navigation system, rear sunshade and a Startac phone connection, which I have no use for.

The dealer is asking $42K with the usual one year of additional Starmark warranty. Were there any problems with the 00’s? The price seems a little steep to me. How much maintenance do these require other than regular oil changes?
