Parking Light Circuit on 92 W124?

Using the many threads for keyless entry install I have managed to finally get mine installed in my 92 W124. Now I would like to tackle the Parking light flash function.

Is there acess to the parking light circuit from under the rear seat?

Is there an easy way to access the back of the headlight switch?

Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.
