Hi;

I need to replace my Passenger Side Rear View Mirror on my 85 300SD (126). I found a mirror from an 84 500SEL. The seller says he thinks its heated. I know my mirror is electric, but I am not sure if it is heated.

I guess I am curious if the heater from the 84 500SEL will fit my 300SD. Does anyone know if it will fit? Is the wire harness the same?

Also, how does this mirror heat function?
