Where do you locate the engine serial number. Thanks for the information.

You didn't say what model, but look at the lower driver side of the engine. If it's a diesel, this would be behind the injection pump, above the oil pan rail.

On my Diesel it was hard to read. Needed a very long pencil and stencil paper to get at it.
