Lower control arm bushings on 107, any warnings?

I am changing the lower control arm bushings on my 1985 107 and just want to ask for advice.

The manual says nothing about removal of anything prior to pulling the outer bushing. Is there anything I should know before I start intended to support the frame and not remove the shocks. Will this work? How do you move the control arm out of the way to access the bushings? All advice is appreciated.
