W124 aux. fans: wiring them ON when A/C on

In anticipation to my move to Florida, how do I wire the aux. fans to always be on when the A/C is turned on?

Also, where can I pick-up a +12VDC signal when the A/C is on? I'd like to wire my SPAL puller fan to also turn on when the A/C is turned-on.
