You are absolutely correct. Chevron put out a bulletin stating that Mercedes, Bmw, and Rolls Royce could handle unleafed fuel. Just be careful that you don't fly too close to the sun, Icarus. Peter Auto Zentral Ltd.

If you go to this page:
http://www.kemcooil.com/product_info.php?pId=61 and scroll to the bottom, you'll see that it's sold for offroad use only. The also sell racing fuel and racing grade methyl alcohol. Now, if you have an older, hi-compression engined classic car that you like to flog around the local road course, it might help you to keep from destroying the pistons crowns from detonation. |

My experience with lead substitutes has been with an engine in a boat.This engine did not have hardened valve seats and the us e of unleaded gas was causing the seats to go away.Valve adjustments were required every other day.I tried every product on the shelves with no result untill I tried Valve-Tect after that noo more problems.I have no idea what the stuff is but it worked.
