hi , more trouble..after replacing the rear struts and level valve and pump on my 560SEC(1986 about 200000 miles) the hydraulic oil is disappearing into the engine sump.
my old mercedes man who fitted a reco pump says he needs a seal kit but none is available here i n Australia (MB did not sell these cars in Australia). i have tried searching the net to no oavail.
does someone know a supplier of this kit?i understand the main seal is not a conventional seal but is considerably cheaper than a new pump (yes MB do have new pumps..$1900!!!!
