power window shade

Anyone know how much of the inside rear deck has to come apart to get to the power rear window shade motor? I have to figure out why it slips going down from about 3/4 way up. Its the small things that bug me.

Donnie, the car is great and runnig fine. (ofcourse you knew that huh)
