Question W126 door panel and and exterior trim removal?

Could someone please give me some advice on how to remove the door panels on my 560SEL? I have removed all visible screws, but need help with the upper arm rest mount and the door pull bezel. I would like to remove all interior door related trim as well, as I am attempting a repaint (color change), and would like to do it right. Also, any helpful hints on exterior trim removal would be appreciated. I plan to post pictures of the finished product so that you can see what your help has accomplished. Thanks in advance.

Regards from Colorado,
Dave

This should be a straight forward job. There is a large Phillips head screw at either end of the door pull that needs to come out. Also, don't forget to screw out and remove the metal trim piece, and the vertical trim piece that sits on top of the door trim panel, and runs up the side of the window. Look at the link to member Thomaspin's site and you'll see what I mean.
