Window Channel Frame Install...
Does anybody know how to reinstall the channel frame (long u-channel with rubber gasket at the bottom) on a window? I searched but found nothing. It took me awhile to find out what it was even called...

You might want to check with a good glass shop, as they do this all the time.
When I did this in my 250C, I installed and supported the new channel, lined up the window, and pounded on it with a rubber mallet until it was seated. I think I sprayed the channel with silicon to help the glass slide in.

I called the same Glasspro I have used a few times in the past and asked them . They said they don't reassemble the window channel frames with the rubber strips, but instead use a urethane glass adhesive to glue them back on. He said people bring him windows and want it hammered back on, but they're back in a month once it falls back off. He said to bring it by and he could do it in about 5 minutes and that he wouldn't even charge me anything. True customer service. I'm headed there now, and I'm going to flip him $10 for lunch anyway...
