91 560sel anti-theft alarm

I am trying to look for the fuse for the alarm Lamps and Horn. It is shown in the schematic diag to be in F1(Fuse/Relay box),
with a Designation of F14(Aux Fuse Holder Code K). I am confused becasue F14 inside the Fuse Box(F1) controls one headlamp. Does anyone know where this Aux Fuse Holder is for the ATA circuit?

Obviously, I am trying to diagnose a non-working ATA system. Any inputs would be appreciated...
