W140 Turn Signal update ?

Does any know if the below MB Turn signals are interchangeable?

I'm wanting to replace my 92 400SE "solid orange" with a clear/orange updated model

Bosch 1408260343 (Older Solid Orange)
All sedans 1992-94

1408260743 (New clear/orange edge)
All sedans 1995
