Hi again,
Regarding anti-freeze, is it safe and OK to just add 100% anti-freeze if the coolant resevoir is slightly low and you want to fill it to the max bar level? Someone on IRC said pure anti-freeze will damage the head gasket. But another person told me it's OK to add pure anti-freeze to top off the resevoir. By the way, it's summer here. Thanks guys. |

I think I'd still mix it 50/50. Even for just a little bit. ------------------ Rgds, Aaron Greenberg MB technician Precision Motorcars, Cincinnati, Ohio '67 250SE Cabriolet '77 450SL '80 300SD '85 380SE '89 420SEL '93 300E 2.8 '74 Jensen Interceptor Mk.III '81 DeLorean DMC12 '85 BMW 745i Turbo |
