Need help with part numbers Euro280se
Hi.. just bought a 1981 280SE Euro model S class W126
w/ 4speed manual...Having problems finding tuneup parts.. And yes I ordered From Phil... Got the wrong air filter. is the W124 North American 280E the same engine for reference or is there a better way to find Part numbers?? Thanks Ron C.

The air filter part number should be stamped into the air fliter cover along with the number for the complete filter assembly.
Should be 002-094-62-04! Old number was 001-094-89-04

Ron,
My 1984 Euro 280 SEL has a 110 engine. I believe they were in US spec cars from 1979-1981. Hope this helps. Maybe try a search on MB 110 engines. |

The air filter is different, cap and plug wires may also be different. The rest is the same as a U.S. 280E.
