250CE/8 > starting troubles

My 1970 250CE (Automatic) broke down (while driving). Motor didn't want to start again. Fuel comes, but after 2-3 seconds, motor stops.
Could it be bad quality of fuel (I do not drive a lot), the electronic fuel injection box ?
In the meantime the car hasn't driven for a year.
Can someone help me?
