When I went to the dealer in Richmond, I didn't spend a cent --
I just presented the document to a salesman, who went out and checked the odometer for the claimed 312,500 miles and then took it to the manager for his signature -- it didn't take but 5 minutes and they were all very polite, albeit a bit aloof.
