Need quick help... 2.8 head on a 3.0 engine??

Hi,, i have the oppurtunity to buy a rebuilt cylinder head off of a 2.8 103 engine... however, i have a 3.0 103 engine.. will the head fit without any problems or should i stay away from this deal?

The head is off a 1988 300E 2.8 , my car is a 1991 300E 3.0.. Thanks
