Replace timing chain

Should i replace the timing chain and tensioner when i do my head gasket, or should i just leave it? Also when i do the head what else should i replace or check.. aside from the guides seals and valves.. and of course the head checking..

Its on my 1991 300E 3.0 103.983 engine... it has about 180k miles
