Hi all,

In this hot weather I've noticed my car is running a little warm

. It runs at just over 80 degress on the highway, but is closer to 100 after getting off the highway. After stop and go driving, if I restart the car it will be up around 110, but will drop below 100 within 30 seconds (even at a standstill). I just tried this and I noticed the front auxilliary fans did not come on. Is this the problem? If so, could it be a fuse? The car has a brand new thermostat, water pump, and radiator hoses.
