I'm not sure about MBs sold throughout the world, but here in the US, this information is in a Maintenance Booklet which should be in your glove box with your Owner's Manual. I would think that you should have been provided these items when you purchased the car. If you don't have them, I might suggest you call your dealer and order a copy of each. They shouldn't cost much.
Generally, every 12,000 km you have a Lubrication Service which includes oil and filter, lubricate throttle linkage.
Then at every 24,000 km you have a Maintenance Service which includes the above plus a whole list of items to inspect and check (too numerous to list).
Brake fluid change every 2 years, coolant every 3.
