HAPPY 4TH!!!
Still trying to decide on the 560SEL. 200K miles, chain replaced at 120K, have found seats. The motor has little oil leakage, doesn't use any, runs fairly smooth, shifts perfectly. LOTS of go power. The rear does not level as it should. It leans a little on the left. Rear feels nice and firm to bumper test, and doesn't ride rough (except for the tires--WORN OUT). Is this just the control valve, and can I do this myself? I think I can get the car for $3800, so any opinions valued and welcomed!!
I'm finishing up a restoration on a 1984 Eldorado...anxious to get back to German engineering. :p
