A lot of my AC equipment is Freon 12 gauge. CFC 134 can be confusing when trying to convert 12 fittings to 134 fittings. I have an expensive manifold built for 12, and the hose connectors can be unscrewed- all I need is a Freon 12 manifold side fitting to CFC 134 hose side fitting. Also my Vacuum pump has Freon 12 fittings. What is the Freon 12 thread specification? What is the CFC 134 thread specification? Is there a direct adapter that can make the narrower 12 gauge fitting accept wider 134 hoses? All i need is some specs so I can convert a Freon 12 fitting to make a 134 fitting. I have access to Parker Hannifin stock. |

Any of the tool distributors have the connectors on the truck! I would not use the same gauges and equipment to do both.
