Missing jack pad

I just noticed that my '92 is missing one jack pad. I was wondering how this happens. Was it rough handling by last tire shop? Anyone replace one? I have never heard of them missing.

Me too.

Strangely, I have not been able to find these listed in the parts manual.

I think they screw on or press fit on.
They can be scrapped off by a low object - curb.
Any MB dealer with a bodyshop probably has a few spare lying about.
Easy replacement

For W124 the pads are there in group 68 - Plugs, Grommets etc.
p/n 001 997 95 86
PartsShop has it for $7.50.

Thanks myarmar,
Now I just have to wait until I have an order big enough to order this. I generally have a back up supply of parts that commonly wear out. Anybody like me out there with brake pads, rotors,Philips bulbs, dash bulbs, oil filters, air filters, fan belts, fuel pumps, and fuel pump relay, etc.

myarmar,
You mentioned W124, I take it that they are the same for all cars. Or are they?

I bought a pair for my '86 300E at the dealer. They were $8.00 a piece.

I'm not sure: EPC lists p/n 001 997 95 86 for 124, 129, 202, 208, 210, 215, and 220
the other p/n 002 997 06 86 is for 140, 210, and 220.
