Stalling Problem

I'm considering purchasing a '67 250S. So, first off, what are your thoughts on this model? Any specific troubles or considerations that I should know about?

Additionally, this car speedometer doesn't work, but that doesn't seem like much to fix, right?

Finally, the only other trouble is a power loss that happens while driving. The car loses power and stalls. Definetely more likely to happen going uphill. The engine can be restarted fairly quickly.

Don't know if this model has a filter in the tank, but the owner says he's replaced the fuel pump and engine fuel filter. My diesel had a tank filter and purred at full power once that was cleaned.

Owner doesn't think it's vapor lock, carberators, or temperature. Any ideas?
