Question Washer fluid leaks when filled.

Last time we added washer fluid to the reservoir, some leaked out onto the floor. Is there any technical service bulletin regarding this? We are aware of a similar problem on the Chrysler Crossfire which probably employs the same setup as my 2002 SLK230. Any help is appreciated.
