Unhappy 190 e idle problem

hey guys, Im having trouble fixing an 85 190e manual trans.,,
id experience rough idling.. so i went the usual route of changing the plugs, wires, filter and dist. cap... i ve tried experimenting on the plug gaps but to no avail., I thought maybe the problem might be with the fuel injectors so i removed the intake manifold and cleaned the injectors with solvent, i also bled the fuel distributor,,, when i returned and installed everything back the idle speed went up abnormally., i tried adjusting the idle controls but to no avail.. could this be a problem w the overvoltage relay? i checked it but the fuse is ok how do i check if the OVP is ok? help!!!! any ideas tnx
