Rear Power Seat Removal

[WANT '71 280SEL]

I recently found an '83 or '84 euro 500SEL with the rear power heated seat. I would like to adapt this system to my 300SDL, however I'm unsure how to remove the rear seat from the SEL? I plan to take the bottom and lower frames out and put my pads/covers on them then I'll also take the trim, wires, and switches from the 500. I figure that since I'll have the car there in the junkyard I can pull anything off that car to make it work and I've emailed back and forth with a member here who did the same thing so I'm pretty confident.

In the owner's manual it shows how to remove the rear seat but it has a note saying if it's the adjustable kind to take it to your authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, yada, yada, yada, (you get the point). So, how is this seat removed? Just out of curiosity, are these cars already wired for the motors, etc.? so I can just drop everything in? I assume not, but I'll keep my fingers crossed.
