W124 Armrest skin replacement? How?

Hello,
Perhaps a stupid question, but:
How do I open the seam on a W124 Driver's Seat Armrest (at the rear of the armrest) to open the skin? I was expecting to find a zipper in there but it seems to but some kind of flip clip.
