Need Help Climate Prob 95 E320!

Really starting to consider selling E class and keeping Volvo due to the number of probs I'm being hit with--major oil leak, window reg now broke, slightly slipping trans, and now this Climate Control Prob.

Here it is...

I set the temp wheel all the way into the blue, where it clicks on the dot (coldest setting) I cannot get any cold air out of center vents. Why? Cold air does seem to come from side vents and defrost on top of dash. I can hear the a/c unit cycling on / off under hood, but it is cold here so not sure if it is actually a/c coming out or just cold outside air. Also cannot get any heat out of the floor vents, regardless of the setting by pushing the dash buttons. Anyone had this problem? I can get heat out of the side vents and defrost, no where else. In fact, regardless of the temp setting, the air will only come out of these vents. However, when just starting the car and setting temp wheel to heat, fan waits to come on until coolant warm (norm), and when a heat setting is reached, fan automatically slows down. (norm) The problem seems to be in the air distribution. I know the aux water pump works, seems to run all the time. The monovalve also clicks upon 12v, so beleiev this is ok as well. What is the problem, and how do I fix, or do I chock this car up and sell for what I can get out of it?
