Glue on the trunk question..
Need help getting glue off trunk!
Debadged my 400E, but the glue leftover glue is tough to get off! Is there something I can use which will help get it off? Mike

Soap and hot water won't work. WD40 wont work,. Picking at it won't work.
Is Acetone/paint thinner a bad idea? Nail polish remover? (would have to go to the store for that).

A heatgun (don't get too close) will help soften the adhesive. Maybe some nail polish remover (acetone base) will help too, but test on an area out of sight just to make sure it won't harm the paint.

Goo-Gone works; it is available at Home Depot, and some grocery stores. Citrus cleaners will likely remove the residue also.
