126 injection issues

My earlier model 126 has continous spraying injection . One or two of the injectors seems to either be spraying too much or too little fuel says a mechanic I visited the other day, hence my rough idle. (everything else is fine spark plugs etc etc) I just moved so I'll probarbly take it back to him, but my question is, so he will adjust the injectors and everything will be fine, right Or are injectors things that deteriorate in performance, so I'll be wise in replacing all of them??

any kjet car over 100k needs new injectors. there is no adjustment to the injectors, only cleaning or replacement. 7 times out of 10, cleaning only exposes how bad they really are, opening pressure and spray pattterns. all the labor to check, when the money goes good toward new ones. new holders, seals and air cooling hoses. good luck, chuck.

could range

problems could range from a rough idle to the car taking more than one shot to start , a miss. at least those were the symptoms on mine.

mpg lower than usual, poor or lumpy idle, long cranks to start and iffy acceleration. good luck, chuck.
