Engine shock info please .....
In my never ending quest to find all the rattles I hear in my car, I have located an engine shock that has apprently lost it's dampening effect.
It is located on the drivers side near the prefilter. It appear that the lower bushings on the shock are worn. With the engine off, there is no tension, causing an annoying rattle when idling. Are these bushings replaceable/available? I did not see them on Fastlane. Or should I just change the whole shock? Thanks Plantman

Which car?
But the advise is still the same. Buy the engine shock kit and replace the entire unit. Shock, bushings and nuts. Dave

Sorry, it's the SDL.
I will pick up the assembly tomorrow. It appears to be fairly simple. Thanks
