My 84 300D turbo has been giving a bit of trouble lately. When i start it up in the morning i usually give it a little gas to get it started( it will not run initially without it). lately however i need to give it a significant amount of gas or rather diesel to get it going. any ideas??

Try adjusting the valves to 8&14 on the intake and exhaust.
