1987 300SDL injector noise

1987 300SDL injector noise

What harm, if any, will a noisy injector cause? I've isolated my "injector knock" to the #3 cylinder. If I were to replace all the injectors is there problem with all the
injectors not matching in spray pattern and
operational pressure? Any other tips on this
matter would be welcome!
